Exceeded every expectation

I ordered the Palm Ponytail for my boyfriend and he is absolutely obsessed. It arrived bushy full and perfectly healthy. The packaging was the most careful I've seen from any plant shop.

A boyfriend obsessed with his new Ponytail Palm — mission accomplished! Thank you Chloe. What a great gift idea.

Good plant room to improve

The Palm Ponytail arrived healthy but the root ball was pretty dry and compacted. I watered it right away and it's doing great now. Just wish it had been watered before shipping.

Good feedback Otis! Ponytail Palms are drought tolerant so we ship them drier but we hear you on the compacted roots. Thank you!

Arrived a little thirsty

The Palm Ponytail arrived looking a bit dry — some leaf tip browning. I watered it right away and it perked up within a few days. The plant is healthy now but I think it sat in transit a little long.

Thanks for the honest review Travis! Ponytail Palms are drought-tolerant but transit can be tough. Glad she bounced back after a good drink!
