We pack every order with care, intention, and good vibes—whether you’re getting a lush new plant baby or a sleek new planter. Here’s how our shipping process works:

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship nationwide within the U.S, excluding AK and HI.
Sorry, international fam, we're keeping it domestic… for now.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Live plants ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays

  • During high-volume times (like launches or promos), please allow an extra day or two

🌿 Shipping Live Plants

Because plants are living things (and we want them to arrive as cute as they left us), we:

  • Only ship live plants early in the week to avoid weekend delays

  • Use breathable, eco-friendly packaging

  • Include care tips in every box

Please unpack your plants immediately upon arrival.
They’ve had a journey—and need some TLC when they get to you.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 on orders under $75

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax)

  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout (except for live plants)

📬 Tracking + Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Plant’lanta is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays once the package is in transit

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received (please check with your local carrier)

🪴 Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer

We do everything we can to make sure your green goods arrive happy. That said, plants are sensitive to heat, cold, and rough handling.

If your plant arrives looking less than fabulous, contact us within 7 days at hello@plantlanta.co with photos. We’ve got your back.
