We pack every order with care, intention, and good vibes — whether you're getting a lush new plant baby or a sleek new planter. Here's how our shipping process works.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship nationwide within the U.S. Sorry international fam, we're keeping it domestic... for now.

🕒 Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Live plants ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays. During high-volume periods like launches or promos, please allow an extra day or two.

🌿 Shipping Live Plants

Because plants are living things (and we want them to arrive as cute as they left us), we only ship live plants early in the week, use breathable eco-friendly packaging, and include care tips in every box. Please unpack your plants immediately upon arrival. They've had a journey and need some TLC when they get to you.

💸 Shipping Rates

Orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax) ship free. For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, except for live plants.

📬 Tracking + Delivery

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Plantlanta is not responsible for delivery delays once the package is in transit, or packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please check with your local carrier if that happens.

🪴 Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer

We do everything we can to make sure your green goods arrive happy. That said, plants are sensitive to heat, cold, and rough handling. If your plant arrives looking less than fabulous, contact us within 7 days at hello@plantlanta.co with photos. We've got your back.
