We’re here to bring joy to your space, not stress. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Read below for how returns work at Plant’lanta:
🪴 Live Plant Returns (7 Days)
Live plants are living beings (duh), and sometimes the journey from our greenhouse to your home can get a little bumpy. If your plant arrives damaged, sick, or not what you expected, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or credit:

Plants must not be repotted or mistreated—original condition only
⚠️ Live plants are final sale after 7 days. We don’t offer returns for overwatering, low light, or general plant sadness.
🪴 Home Goods, Décor & Tools (14 Days)
If your planter, watering can, or other non-living item didn’t match your vibe, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return requirements:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake

A: Yep! We ship live plants nationwide in eco-friendly, secure packaging so they arrive ready to thrive.
Q: What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
A: No worries. Send photos to hello@plantlanta.co within 7 days, and we’ll send a replacement or credit.
Q: What’s your return policy on home goods?
A: You’ve got 14 days to return unused décor and tools. Just keep it in the original packaging and send us a note.
Q: Can I return a plant after a few weeks?
A: Sorry, fam. Live plants are final sale after 7 days—we can’t take them back once they’ve lived in your space.
