The Palm Ponytail arrived healthy but the root ball was pretty dry and compacted. I watered it right away and it's doing great now. Just wish it had been watered before shipping.

The Palm Ponytail arrived looking a bit dry — some leaf tip browning. I watered it right away and it perked up within a few days. The plant is healthy now but I think it sat in transit a little long.
